Tandır ⎹ Tandoori

Tandırlar malzeme kompozisyonu en çok çeşitlenen yapılardan. Neredeyse her köyde birçok tandır var. Mazot deposu, palet ve lastik ile yerel malzemelerden genellikle kerpiç birlikte kullanılarak farklı tandır biçimleri ortaya çıkmış. Bunların mevcut çevreyle kurdukları ilişki de çeşitleniyor. Temelde 2 farklı ilişki tipi görüyoruz: Bahçe duvarına bitişik ve Bağımsız.

İşlevsel olarak da farklı kompozisyonlar görülebiliyor. Örneğin animasyonunu gördüğünüz Çalışlı Köyü’deki tandır çevresine eklemlenen birçok kümesle birlikte büyük bir yapı. Köyün meydanında ‘Starwars’ film setinden fırlamış gibi yükseliyor. Bu tandır-kümes kompleksinde kerpiç mazot deposu ve lastiklerin birlikte kullanımı oldukça ilginç. Duruca Köyündeki bir Tandırda ise hem garaj hem de tandır olarak işlevlendirilmiş.

Tandoors are one of the most diversified structures in terms of material composition. There are many tandoors in almost every village. Diesel tanks, pallets and tires are used together with local materials, usually mudbrick, to create different forms of tandoor. Their relationship with the existing environment also varies. Basically, we see 2 different types of relationships: Attached and Independent.

Functionally, different compositions can also be observed. For example, the tandoor in Çalışlı Village, which you can see the animation of, is a large structure with many poultry houses attached around it. It rises in the village square like a scene out of a ‘Starwars’ movie set. The use of mudbrick diesel tanks and tires together in this tandoor-poultry complex is quite interesting. In one other tandoor in Duruca Village tandoor and garage functions are combined.
